If you would like to learn how to make a book, I would love to welcome you to my studio for an individually tailored bookbinding workshop. I offer half day, day or evening sessions for one or two people at the time. Group sessions can also be arranged. During my workshops I teach different bookbinding techniques such as case binding (a traditional hardcover book), coptic binding, box making, single section binding, concertina style binding, decorative paper making and others. Please get in touch with any workshop idea you might have and we can arrange something that suits you.

I offer bespoke 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 workshops which are tailored very much to what you have in mind. Whether you want to spend half a day or a full day making your very own book or whether you want to go into more depth during a project workshop over several days – the choice is yours. Materials are included and you are sure to leave the studio with a lovely book or box you have made yourself :)

There will be a £10 surcharge per person if you want to work with leather OR tweed or £15 if you want to work with leather AND tweed to cover the more expensive materials.
