These are my two book kits – the coptic book kit and the single section (also known as pamphlet binding) kit.

The coptic book kit includes everything you need to make a coptic journal including a stunning 50s retro decorative paper which comes in three different designs which you can see in the images below.
All three styles are listed for you to choose when you go to the book kit shop page.
In the kit you will also find all the tools you need including a beach pebble which can be used as a weight to hold down the sections when sewing.
The format of the book is approx. 10cm x 14.8cm and it has 7 section which gives it a nice chunky thickness of 1.8cm.
The project should take about 2 hours to complete resulting in a beautiful note book handmade by yourself.

The single section book kit includes everything you need to make a single section binding including a stunning 50s retro decorative paper in blue or on red.
The two options are listed for you to choose when you go to the book kit shop page.
You will also find all the tools you need in the kit which means, that once you have learned this beautifully simple technique, you can keep making more of these lovely little note books.
The format of the book is approx. 10cm x 16cm and it has 24 pages. The project should take about 1 hour to complete resulting in a beautiful note book handmade by yourself.

My book kits are not suitable for children under 14 years of age due to sharp objects in the kit (scissors and needles). This disclaimer is therefore not so much to do with ability/dexterity.
